Engage Sport north

Our partnership with Engage Sport North reflects a shared commitment to helping athletes reach their full potential. By combining resources and expertise, we can better support athletic development, academic success, mental well-being, and safe training practices. Together, we’re building programs that give athletes the tools to stay healthy, balanced, and prepared for the challenges of sport and life.

Annual Athletic Baseline Testing
- In partnership with Engage Sport North, we are launching yearly baseline testing focused on injury detection, strain, recovery, and rehabilitation.
Canadian Sport School
- Athletes in grades 10, 11, and 12 can join the Canadian Sport School program, which provides support and resources to help maximize both academic and athletic success.

Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC)
- We are committed to funding a local CMPC position, dedicated to helping athletes strengthen mental resilience and performance.
Athlete Wellness & Support
- Through this partnership, our goal is to provide direct access to mental resilience training, athlete wellness workshops, and one-on-one support services.

Prince George Community Foundation

Through our partnership with the Prince George Community Foundation (PGCF), the Chad Staley Memorial Foundation has launched two dedicated funds, giving you the choice of where your donation makes an impact.

CSM Endowment Fund
- Established in 2024, the CSMF Endowment Fund supports athletes in overcoming challenges, achieving goals, and developing into well-rounded individuals focusing on Athletics, Academics, Health and Well-being.

CSM Development Fund
- Established in 2024, the CSMF Development Fund supports athletes with resources they need to succeed, foster mental and physical resilience to navigate the pressures of athletic life, and promote strong character in all pursuits.

Community support

In addition to our partnerships, the Chad Staley Memorial Foundation and Ascentech are proud to sponsor the Chad Staley 3-on-3 Rink at Northern Ice Sports in Prince George. This sponsorship helps ensure athletes have access to a dedicated space where they can develop their skills, connect with others, and celebrate the game Chad loved.
