The Chad Staley Memorial Foundation was founded to help athletes grow, connect, and thrive. We believe that proper guidance, preparation, and injury prevention strategies can make all the difference in an athlete’s career. As we build partnerships with sports organizations, medical experts, and community groups, we are laying the groundwork for a lasting impact. Athlete registration is expected to open in Spring 2026.

We believe in the power of sports to build resilience, discipline, and strong character. Our goal is to provide support, mentorship, and resources to athletes striving to reach their full potential
We are more than just a foundation; we are a community. Our mission is to guide and support athletes through the highs and lows of their journeys by focusing on four key areas: Athletics, Academics, Health, and Well-being. Whether it’s helping young athletes develop their skills, supporting them in balancing education and sports, providing resources for mental and physical health, or offering mentorship and scholarships, we are here to make sure no athlete is left behind.
We provide athletes with the resources and support needed to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and develop into well-rounded individuals. Success encompasses athletic performance, academic achievement, mental and physical health, and overall well-being.
Our Vision is to provide the framework for every athlete to reach their full potential, both in sport and life. By fostering resilience, promoting mental health awareness, and supporting injury recovery, we aim to create a community where athletes thrive in all areas of life.

Ascentech Solutions and CSM sponsor Northern Ice Sports to name the arena in the PG golf and Curling Club “Chad Staley Memorial Arena”. Helping provide a 3 on 3 ice rink an training area to the community.
CSM has teamed up with Engage Sport North to support our aligning values like sports development, mental health support, academic, mentorship, coaching and injury awareness/education.
Proudly sponsored by Ascentech Solutions Inc, the Chad Staley Memorial Foundation has had the opportunity to name an arena and facility built, maintained and run by Northern Ice Sports.
Sponsorship provided to CSM by Ascentech Prince George in order to cover all PGSK youth camp jersey costs.
CSMF contributed to Engage Sport North’s new force plate technology, providing athletes with advanced performance testing, injury risk analysis, and recovery tracking to improve training outcomes and support long-term health.
CSMF provides athletes with financial support covering athletic development, travel costs, camp and registration fees, and essential equipment—helping them pursue opportunities that otherwise may have been out of reach.
The next initiative we look to pursue is providing financial, developmental and community support to youth looking to join minor hockey. We’ll be relying on a number of individual and corporate sponsorships to provide ongoing support for each athlete accepted into the program.
